Tasks
- Project management for residential and hall buildings
- Organising and managing the parade to the place of work
- Receiving and documenting the quantity and quality of incoming material
- Carrying out and managing construction work
- Gathering requirements (material, equipment, tools, number of technicians)
- On-site stock control and monitoring
- Execution and documentation of extra and additional work
- Carrying out possible bug fixes that may arise
- Keeps in constant contact with the on-site representatives of subcontractors and installation teams and forwards any problems or requests to the project management without delay.
- Constantly visits the project site(s)
- Active participant in project discussions
- Supervise compliance with safety rules throughout the project, train subcontractors
Requirements
- In the technical field obtained (minimum ttechnicianeducation) education
- At least 10 years' experience in construction
- FMV eligibility
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- "B" category driving licence
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ensuring quality and cost targets and deadlines are met
- Independence, ability to carry out tasks and take responsibility for them
