Chief Offer Officer

(for mechanical construction)

Tasks

Gathering project materials, preparing the concept based on them
Request for proposals based on the concept
Consultation with suppliers
Preparing the offer, discussing it with the professional staff, fine-tuning
Interpreting tender documents (plans, bill of materials, specifications)
On-site surveys (if necessary)
Material collections, preparation of organised material lists
Accurate management of internal documentation
Supporting project engineers from the office
Finding new sources of suppliers
Preparation of tenderer calculation templates

Requirements

Minimum Technical Certificate
At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of technical tendering AND/OR at least 5-10 years of professional experience in industrial building services engineering
Industrial engineering, construction knowledge (materials, procurement, installation technology)
Basic AutoCAD knowledge, MS Office user skills (High level of knowledge of Excel)
Thoroughness, efficiency
Good analytical skills
Basic knowledge of technical English

An advantage

Experience in construction projects and maintenance
Conversational level of English
Knowledge of TERC
Knowledge of electrical materials
